KIBOT is multi-axis welding robotic system. with arms moving in horizontal plane and robust construction with precision guides. It achieves high speed and accuracy thanks to digital servo-controlled motors.

The jointed two-link arm covers a 360° area around the robot base without any blind-spots to reach. While the linear vertical axis provides high access equally at any point of the robot’s work-area. The tool center point (TCP) optimizes the robot motion to a minimum reaching the desired position in the work space. The unique kinematics offer unmatched reach and versatility for any welding application.

The electrical cabinet (robot controller) has been integrated in the robot base to minimize floor space requirements. The hollow wrist design of the 3-axis rotational arm grants high flexibility of the welding torch position.

Application

KIBOT R2700

KIBOT welding robot has a cylindrical work-area with radius up to 2700mm by the two rotational axes and vertical motion of 1500mm by the linear axis. The maximum radius of the reach of the robot KIBOT R2700 at the tool tip is 3400 mm.

The unique design allows 360° reach around the robot’s base creating multiple work-zones. The three rotational axes for welding torch rotation and inclination offer infinite capabilities of welding all joint types and positions.
